Making a new build feel like home.

THE PROJECT

Character in every room.

This new build home in Hazlerigg received a full redecoration, from the living spaces and bedrooms to the hallway and staircase. Full preparation formed the foundation of the work throughout, followed by paint finishes, wallpaper and supplied and fitted decorative details.

Living room: detail and depth

We supplied and installed 98mm coving, a dado rail and decorative panels above and below the dado. Following full preparation, the walls were finished in Broccoli Brown, with a white ceiling and white satin woodwork. The mouldings give the room definition, while the deep wall colour brings warmth to the space.

Playroom and kitchen

In the playroom, we supplied and installed 132mm coving and decorated the ceiling in white and the walls in Skimming Stone. The kitchen was fully prepared and finished with a white ceiling, Broccoli Brown walls and white satin woodwork.

Wallpaper throughout the home

The toilet, utility room and bathroom were fully prepared, with white ceilings and white satin woodwork, before wallpaper was installed on all walls. We also fully prepared the master bedroom and en-suite, finishing ceilings in white and woodwork in white satin, with wallpaper installed on all walls.

Hallway and staircase: a crafted finish

We supplied and installed wainscoting panelling to the staircase, following the rise of the stairs. The existing paint was sanded off the handrail back to bare timber before varnishing. Ceilings were finished in white, with white satin woodwork, including the exposed staircase edges beside the runner. The panelling was finished in a white scrubbable matt for a practical finish.
